<< Back to Cast/Crew List		Binti Lee - Assistant Casting Director Binti has been involved in the entertainment buisness for many years, working as a talent agent for such agencies as Neal Hamil, a development counselor for Mayo Hill, and a casting director for various projects such as music videos and independent films. She also was a model talent coordinator and gained high recognition for inventing a new way for models to gain work--hosting parties. That idea branched off an explosion as actors began to follow suit-gaining thousands just for appearing at a night club. Binti's desire to be an honest go between for talent and people seeking talent has earned the respect of many in the buisness. She began working with well known music video director Dr Teeth in 2005 who hired her to cast music videos for him. To date, Binti has cast for over 50 music videos in the US. Though she has no desire to manage talent on a legal basis her advice and wisdom is sought after by many. Her primary goal is "to make dreams come true, I understand the hard work that goes into a project and if I can ease the pressure for the actor, model, director or producer by being upfront, real and ready to work, then that's what I'll do." She describes working with the crew of Mindsight as "a surreal experience.
